Look underneath the vanity top for any fasteners holding it to the cabinet and remove these with a screwdriver.

My next idea was to replace the top and faucet.
And it has a really dated counter top and sink.
It included a low end granite top that is not properly sized for my bathroom.

I painted it with annie sloan chalk paint in graphite and sealed it with poly.

If the old vanity is marble or granite it will not be screwed on.
